The appeal is from an order denying the motion of defendant Eugene Gotz for an order terminating the right of certain relatives
of the plaintiff Margaret Gotz to visit the minor son of the parties by modifying a previous order wherein such right was
granted. The action was one for divorce in which judgment was entered for the plaintiff March 30, 1951, granting her the permanent
custody of the child. By an order dated October 27, 1953, plaintiff was given leave to move to Florida with the child, the
defendant to have him during the months of July and August. On July 2, 1954, temporary custody was granted to the defendant,
and the plaintiff's sister and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Seidelman, were given the right of visitation. Later the temporary
custody was extended and finally continued indefinitely, and further orders made arrangements for visitation under certain
circumstances by Mr. and Mrs. Peck, another sister and brother-in-law of the plaintiff. The last such order was dated May
20, 1955 and it is this order which defendant sought to have changed in bringing his motion for termination of the visitation
rights on the part of the maternal relatives. The order denying said motion, from which defendant appeals, is dated March
13, 1956.
