CRAWFORD, J. This is the second appeal in this case. In the previous appeal, this Court modified the trial court's judgment to require Nicholas Gotten, Jr., the Husband, to pay additional rehabilitative alimony to Margaret Ellen Stahl Gotten, the Wife. The additional rehabilitative alimony to Wife consisted of the Husband's obligation to pay the monthly mortgage payments on the residence, and to be solely responsible for the balance due on the mortgage.
