the marriage. Defendant is a licensed physician and surgeon specializing in radiology. He had practiced his profession in
the city of Milwaukee with marked success for a number of years until some time in the latter part of 1959, when he left Wisconsin
to reside in New Mexico. For several months prior to his departure, he had ceased to reside with the plaintiff.
